FFGreEN Project Featured on Television: Enhancing Household Energy Efficiency

Prof. Dr. Mirko Komatina from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (University of Belgrade) recently appeared on TV Studio B to present the goals and latest activities of the FFGreEN project.

Funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, the FFGreEN project focuses on improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption in residential households. This multidisciplinary initiative brings together researchers from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Mining and Geology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Philosophy, Innovation Center, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Faculty of Agriculture, covering both the socio-economic and technical aspects of the green transition.

During the interview, Prof. Komatina highlighted the project’s recent survey conducted in the pilot city of Vranje, aimed at analyzing consumer habits and raising public awareness about building insulation and hybrid energy systems.
